Ballito Rotary Club was founded in 1986. We meet every Tuesday at the Striders Running Club 6 for 6.30pm.
One of Rotary Ballito's many noteworthy projects.
Ballito Rotary Club with great assistance from Charlie and Rob from Durban North Rotary Club received a 40 metre container with 174 wheelchairs and 2400 walking sticks all the way from England for distribution throughout our District which covers KZN, EASTERN CAPE, NORTHERN CAPE, FREESTATE AND BOTSWANA. Thank you and well done Jeff Shinns and Milton Frey for initiating this wonderful project.
Rotary International is a global network of 1.2 million neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.
Solving real problems takes real commitment and vision. For more than 110 years, Rotary's people of action have used their passion, energy, and intelligence to take action on sustainable projects. From literacy and peace to water and health, we are always working to better our world, and we stay committed to the end.
