Our instructors will lead you through a workout with some fitness drills, each class is unique and offers a variation between cardio, weights, core stability, kettlebells and boxing - both on the bag and pad sessions with our trainers.
Private One on One Coaching
Looking to increase your ability or not interested in group classes, then One-On-One sessions are for you. You set your goals, and we work towards achieving them. We offer one-on-one sessions and smaller group personal training session for two or three people.
When you first join Ringside Boxing Gym the weights room can be an intimidating prospect. Everyone else in there seems fitter and stronger than you, and they all seem to know what they’re doing.
