Passion FOR SEAFOOD
At FISH, our passion is satisfying fans of seafood. Our fabulous staff all have many years of expertise in the fields of seafood and customer service. Owner Anton Petzer, a Ballito local of 12 years, has 30 years in the hospitality industry under his belt and has always had an interest in the ocean and in seafood.
The environment is important to us so we are very mindful about the products that we stock and the packaging we use to serve them in. Our fresh fish is sourced from licensed local suppliers who subscribe to sustainable fishing methods, while our packaging, cutlery and straws are all bio-degradable.
